Ariza- 6 years/45 million
Odom 2 years/18 million
Brown 2 years/4million
My reasoning is the lakers want to lock Ariza and Keep Odom but not necessarily long term. If Odom wants a long term commitment I think 5/35 million would be acceptable. I hope some team doesn't pry Brown away with some mid level contract because he would be gone.

this is odoms last shot at a big contract. no way he signs for 2 years. he's gonna want a 5 year deal.

Than he better shake the spot, because no one I mean no one is going to give L.O. a 5 year contract. It`a not going to happen

i think Lamar should get a 4 year, $30 million contract with and the option of coming back for a 5th year for $6.5 million
Tevor needs to get paid somehow for how he helped us...so a 5 year, $45ish million contract should help
Shannon is gonna get paid double his contract, but i would get him for like a 2 year, $5 million contract and if he does play up to his potential, then we lock him up

Lakers re-sign Brown
By Adrian Wojnarowski, Yahoo! Sports
Los Angeles Lakers free-agent guard Shannon Brown(notes) has committed to re-sign with the team, a league source said on Monday. He will receive a two-year, $4.2 million contract with the second season at his option.
The Lakers were Brown’s fourth team in three years in the NBA. The Charlotte Bobcats traded him with Adam Morrison(notes) to the Lakers for Vladimir Radmanovic(notes) midway through the season.

Odom would be an awesome piece to add to this roster, but if Bynum stays healthy, Odom would just be a bench bonus, granted he would be a huge bench bonus. My point is, Artest is the closest thing Kobe will get to having a Pippen and i do not see any EAstern team contending with them.
For the West, possibly the Spurs but doubtful.

yeah thats true
im just afraid of a few teams
WEST
Mavs..why? because they have 2 great sixer man and now have a great bench
Blazers...why? because of Brandon Roy and if Jared Bayless and Greg Oden start playing to there potential, OMG
EAST
Cavs...why? because LeJerk is the best scoring small foward that can pass and shoot and block and stuff that the NBA has seen since Magic Johnson
Celtics...why? because they're the Celtics
