The buzz out of the Las Vegas summer league is the Miami Heat has interest in trading for Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer and signing Los Angeles Lakers free agent Lamar Odom. Multiple reports have the Heat trying to work a three-team trade, using the Memphis Grizzlies and their salary-cap room, to land Boozer. Heat president Pat Riley apparently is looking to add Boozer and Odom to keep guard Dwyane Wade, who has balked at signing a contract extension until the team adds some more star power. The Heat reportedly has offered Odom a five-year, $34 million contract.
